Visit websiteFakturaKlar brings the entire invoicing flow into one place: fast invoicing and quotes, invoice duplication for repeat customers, and fully customizable fields so every invoice can be shaped around the business's own branding, with multiple PDF templates to choose from. Credit notes, CSV export and full data backups are all handled directly in the platform.
The payment flow includes real-time payment tracking, automatic payment reminders by email, fast address entry and support for multiple currencies. Invoices can be scheduled for future delivery or set up as recurring, with real-time status showing exactly where each invoice stands in the process. The platform supports multiple languages, is built GDPR-compliant from the ground up, and includes built-in support, with flexible plans letting customers pay only for what they use or opt for unlimited usage. A super admin panel runs the platform's operations and customers.
The frontend is built in Vue.js, the backend in Laravel. The platform was built in 2026 and is live in production.
