Restoraq – all-in-one platform for restaurants

Restoraq is built as a multi-tenant SaaS platform: each restaurant gets its own instance and can pick features based on what it actually needs, rather than being forced to use everything. The most common features are online ordering, menu management, website management, review management and customer loyalty rewards.

On top of the core features, we built support for custom domains per restaurant, ordering via WhatsApp, connections to social media platforms with the ability to schedule posts, and Google review management with AI-generated reply suggestions. Everything is run and administered through a super admin panel we built to operate the platform across multiple restaurants at once, with built-in support included.

The frontend is built in Next.js with TypeScript, the backend in NestJS. The platform is live in production, used by restaurants in Sweden and Norway.
